Reservations
Upon receiving your reservation request the data collected is exclusive to: Name, Surname, Email address and telephone number.
Contact and communication will occur either by telephone or Email.
In the event that the reservation of a room is confirmed, the same data will be used (Name, Surname, Email and telephone) in order to save your reservation in our archives.
Reservation Terms
Your reservation will be validated upon proof of receipt of a 20% deposit of the full amount which we require 5 days from your request of reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon the first day of arrival at the accommodation
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation margin (grace period) of one month is given from the date of reservation, guests who cancel within the grace period will receive a refund of their deposit. Cancellations made after the expiration of the one month cancellation margin (grace period) will not be eligible for a refund of deposit.
Responsibility Disclaimer, Damages and Behavior
The owner is not responsible for any injury or loss of property for the duration of your stay. The guest bears full responsibility for their personal and/or family’s safety as well as the security of their personal possessions.
Generally speaking, a respectful and orderly stay is of the utmost importance and is expected of all guests. This includes both the common areas of the building and the individual rooms. In the event of destruction or damage of the rooms and or equipment/appliances, the guest bears full responsibility for said damages and the financial cost implications thereof.

Check-in: 09:00 AM until 18:00 PM
Check-out: available from 09:00 AM until 11:00 AM
Maintenance of Interior Spaces
Two to three times per week a cleaning of the room will be carried out as well as a replenishing of personal care products.
Pet policy
We remain consciously animal friendly, with the necessary assumption that the guest bears full responsibility for the orderly functioning and cleanliness of the room and outdoor areas. Also, be aware that there may be additional charges.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms.
